At Elm Designs, every item is carefully crafted and prepared with attention to detail. We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Times
Many of our products are personalised and made to order.
- Personalised candles and keepsakes: 3–7 business days production time.
- Non-personalised items: 1–3 business days processing time.
- During peak periods, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other trusted courier services.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
Elm Designs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@elmdesignsau.com.au and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
